From a one-man operation to a full crew.
Founded in 2014, Global Yacht Detailing was born out of a lifelong passion for the water. With a career in the maritime field dating back to 1992, our founder has always been drawn to the sea. Growing up, a love of fishing was the spark: as a child he begged his uncle to take him out, and the condition was simple — “make the boat shine, and we'll go.” That's where the journey began, not only mastering fishing but developing real expertise in cleaning and polishing boats.
After college, unsure of the path forward, he returned to what he knew best: the art of detailing boats. In 2014 the business started as a one-man operation, taking on any work that came its way, always with the mindset of working hard and never cutting corners.
Today Global Yacht Detailing has grown into a team of six skilled professionals. In 2023 alone we detailed and ceramic-coated 61 boats — and we aim to double that number by 2026.
Our success is rooted in an honest approach. We never try to sell clients services their boats don't need; the goal is simple — to protect your investment. We deliver top-quality work, show up on time, finish on schedule and provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden costs. We set realistic expectations based on the environment your vessel lives in. Our pricing is fair and reflects the value of the work: we may not be the cheapest, but we build long-term relationships through trust and excellence.
